Family Planning Education Service
The Family Planning Education Service (FPES) is an educational service provided by Family Planning of South Central New York in Delaware, Otsego and Chenango Counties.
Family Planning of South Central New York’s trained Educators can answer your questions about family planning and reproductive health. This can be done in the comfort and privacy of your own home. It’s FREE, voluntary and 100% confidential.
What is “family planning”?
Family planning is deciding whether or not to have children, when to have them, and how many to have. Only you know what’s best for you!
Why should you take care of your reproductive health?
From developing teens to mature adults, our bodies need to be taken care of. It’s important to protect yourself from sexually transmitted infections and unplanned pregnancies.

Family Planning’s educator can provide information and support about:
