We are excited and proud to share that two members of our amazing FamPlan team — Director of Development Alexis Savidge, top left, and Community Educator Aviva Friedman, top right, — have been named as finalists for the Greater Binghamton Chamber of Commerce’s 2021 HYPE Awards.
The honor, awarded annually, seeks to highlight outstanding local young professionals. There are 10 awards being given this year: with Alexis a finalist in the nonprofit category and Aviva a finalist in the category of law & government.
Alexis’ passion for broadening and strengthening access to quality care, as well as her deep commitment for the overall health & wellness of our local community, is demonstrated on a daily basis both in the creativity and professionalism of her work here at FamPlan — and well beyond our walls.
Aviva is as equally passionate and dedicated, whether she is working for and serving her constituents as a member of the Binghamton City Council or she is working for and serving her students as a member of our education department.
