As a donor submitting personally identifying information, you consent to the terms and conditions of the policy and to our use of your personal information for the purposes stated below.

Personal information is information that identifies you personally, such as your name, address, telephone number, email address. We collect and store personal information that you have provided us through the donation process. We collect your name, address, telephone number, and email address when you make a gift, either on our website or by mailing a check. For online donations, we also collect additional information such as your credit card number and/or bank routing details as provided by you, the donor.

Use and Disclosure of Personal Information

• We do not rent, sell, or exchange your personal information with third parties.
• We will not send you mailings on behalf of other organizations.
• We only collect personal information that is necessary to the donation process. 

By providing your personal information, you agree to receive mailings and/or emails from us. You also agree to have your name printed in the list of donors in our annual publication(s). If you wish to be removed from our mailing list or would like your name removed from our printed donor list, please contact us.

By submitting your personal information through our online donation form, you agree to share your credit card number and/or bank routing details with card authorization and/or fraud screening services to verify that your credit card number and/or bank routing details match the personal information you provided and that the information being used has not been reported lost or stolen.
