We proudly offer confidential rapid HIV testing at all of our medical centers. Patients take a blood test, followed by nonjudgmental, compassionate counseling, and know their HIV status in only a matter of minutes.

All of our local medical centers also now offer PrEP, or pre-exposure prophylaxis, to help prevent HIV infections. PrEP, just one pill a day, is for people who do not have HIV but remain at risk for getting the infection from sex or injectable drug use.

Our medical services also include birth control, annual gynecological exams, testing and treatment for sexually transmitted infections, pregnancy testing and counseling, screening for breast, cervical, testicular and colorectal cancers, $15 emergency contraception, free condoms and more.

All services are on a sliding fee scale — and no one is ever turned away due to inability to pay. We accept most forms of insurance, including Medicaid and Family Health Plus. New York State residents may also qualify for the Family Planning Benefit Program.
